Articulated Silver Skeleton Necklace
.

Eleven individual parts make up this jangling collection of bones.
It has taken me a few years to get around to successfully carving this skeleton in wax; it started as a passion project and turned into the challenge of scaling it to a wearable size.
My primary goals were for it to be both fully articulated and at a reasonable size that did not render it awkward or clunky.
Carved in wax, cast, and assembled in sterling silver on a figaro chain with a fox tag hallmarked by the London Assay Office
Length of chain: 55cm, which can also be worn at 45cm
Skeleton: 6 x 1.6cm
Made in England
